Anne Stewart Obituary

Winnsboro - Anne Beckham Stewart, 79, passed away on May 11, 2020.

Born in Winnsboro, SC on February 17, 1941, Mrs. Stewart was the daughter of the late David R. Beckham, Sr. and Annie McDill Beckham. She was predeceased by her husband, Sam G. Stewart. She worked for the Town of Winnsboro as an administrative assistant to the town manager and she later retired after 30 years of service.

She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Harper (Mike); her two grandchildren, Brittney and Savannah Harper of Irmo, SC; a brother, Dr. David R. Beckham, Jr. (Mitzi) of Lexington, SC; and two nieces.

A memorial service will follow at a later date. Memorials can be made to St. Simon and St. Jude Episcopal Church 1110 Kinley Road, Irmo SC 29063 or a charity of one’s choice.
