Alyseus Rose Smith

Alyseus Rose Smith, 3 months and 9 days old, of Saluda passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 5, 2026. She was born on March 26, 2026 in Greenwood, South Carolina to Ashton Smith and Amber Shull Smith. During her short time on this earth, Alyseus was a precious bundle of joy.

Surviving are her parents, Ashton Smith and Amber Shull Smith ; brother, Peyton Smith; paternal grandmother, Tanya “Mean Maw” Greatorex; paternal great-grandmother, Dorothy Smith; maternal grandparents, Tonya Miller, Tracy “Pops” and Sherry “GiGi” Shull; maternal great-grandparents, Wanda “Mawma” Shull and Randall Platt; uncles, Richard Shull, Robert “Robbie” Wilson, Nevaeh Greatorex, and Shey-dan Smith; aunt, Jenny Wilson; and great-aunts, Kim Shull and Brandi Shull Holcombe. She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, George Smith; maternal great-grandfather, Michael Shull, maternal great-grandmother, Gypsy Platt; and great uncle, Randy Platt.

Memorial services will be held privately at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 2901 Colonial Drive, Columbia SC 29203. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic Batesburg-Leesville Chapel is assisting Smith family with arrangements.
