Alice Evans Smith

Alice Evans Smith went to be with the Lord on May  5, 2018.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at  Edmund First Baptist Church with Pastor Johnny Slice and Bishop Allen Smith officiating.  Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 12:30- 2.00 p.m. before the service at the church. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family.
Born in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late J.L  and Margie Evans.  She was a member of   Edmund First Baptist Church. .
Surviving are her Children Kay Bonnner, Cheryl Corley (Johnny), David Brooks, Sheila Smith Barton and Sandra Moore (Jonathan), Sister, Mildred Buckner, 10 grandchildren,  8 great  grandchildren    and  2 great great  grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her  husband Archie B. Smith and her daughters, Caroline Ripperdan and Diane Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Edmund First Baptist Church, 6256 Edmund Hwy, Lexington, SC 29073.
