William Odell Wells

Funeral services for William Odell Wells, 76, will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, February 8, 2018 at First Calvary Baptist Church  with Rev. Mendel Baker, Rev. Johnny Muller and Rev. Scott Szalwinski officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel. 

Mr. Wells was born in Aiken, SC and was the son of the late Johnny R. and Louise Cook Wells.  He was an industrial mechanic at Columbia farms for over 40 years having retired in 2012 and a member of First Calvary Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Shelley Crowell Wells, daughters, Cindy Wagner (Mike), Denise Smith (Donny), Jackie Wells, Lisa Heyward (Randall) and Teresa Wheeler (Mike); 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and brother, Charles Wells.
