Terese Nanette Tyner

Memorial services for Terese Tyner, 74, will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 21, 2018 at St. James Lutheran Church, Red Bank, with Rev. Kevin Ogilvie officiating.  Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to MSA Hospice, 166 Stoneridge Dr., #100 Columbia, SC 29210.

Mrs. Tyner passed away Friday, April 13, 2018. Born in Queens, NY, she was a daughter of the late Capt. David A. and Dorthe Anne Martindell.  She was raised in Ft. Worth, TX and graduated June 7, 1964 from St. Josephs School of Nursing in Ft. Worth, TX.  She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church.

Surviving are her husband of 47 years, James E. Tyner; children, Vania Johnson Lauer (Rick) and Janice Tyner Anderson (Charles); grandchildren, Carly Elizabeth Lauer (Hunter), Nicholas William Lauer and Samantha Doranne Lauer; brothers, Jeff Horton (Robin), Leif Horton, Allen Martindell (Jeanette) and Michael Martindell; sisters, Carla Felsted, Camille Balli (Richard); sister-in-law, Kathy Martindell and her beloved dog, Jilly.  She was predeceased by her parents and a brother, Eric Martindell.

Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family.
