Sharon L Trezise

Sharon L. Trezise, 77, passed away Monday, August 26, 2019. Born June 5, 1942 in Dixon, IL, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Howard Sutton and Lois Isabell Frerichs.

Ms. Trezise was an active member of Shiloh UMC, participating in women’s ministries, singing in the church choir, and visiting the sick. She was a humanitarian, always looking out for and taking care of those around her. Ms. Trezise was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, members of the Red Hat Society, and traveling.  Aside from her family, one of her greatest achievements was learning how to play the guitar.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son Thomas “TJ” Trezise, Jr., (Amy); daughter Christine “Christy” Mayo; grandchildren Angela, Joshua, Michelle, Jessica, Zoe, and Hallie; great grandchildren Destiny, Bryleigh, David, Charlie, Mia, Bryce, Kaison, Bradlee, Kodie and Baylen; brother Tom Sutton (Stacey); along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Thomas L. Trezise, Sr.; and granddaughter Amber Spyker.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, September 1, 2019, at Shiloh UMC, 1000 Spring Hill Rd., Gilbert, SC, 29054. Inurnment will follow in the church graveyard. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shiloh UMC Children’s Ministries, or to Homeward Bound,  P.O. Box 4335, Irmo, SC, 29063.
