Robert "Bobby" Hall

Leesville--Robert B. "Bobby" Hall, 80, husband of the late Betty Miller Hall, passed away Saturday, December 1, 2018 at home. Born in Aiken County, he was the son of the late Eloise Burgess and Percy Hall.

  Bobby attended Brookland Cayce High School. Following high school, he went to work for his father's construction company, Hall Construction. After his father's death, Bobby operated the company for an extended period and he later went to work for the County of Lexington's Public Works Department as a Special Project Supervisor. Following his retirement, he spent time with family and friends, farming, and traveling.

  He is survived by a son, Robert A. "Bob" (Allan) Hall of Leesville; sisters, Jo Ann Hicks of Florence and Hazel Clarke of Lexington; a number of brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, and many friends. He is predeceased by one son, Steve Q. Hall.

  Honorary pallbearers will be Arthur Hall, Rev. Bill Padgett, Haroldine Burgess, John Fechtel, Tommy Price, and Jesse Eubanks.

  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 1:00 p.m. at Ridge Crest Memorial Park, 327 Summerland Ave. Batesburg, SC.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at his son's home.
