Norma Rish Shealy

Norma Rish Shealy, 78, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2019. Born August 23, 1941, she was a daughter of the late David Norman Rish and Rachel Catherine Hallman Rish.

A member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Ms. Shealy was a very dedicated caregiver to her husband and family. She also worked as the church secretary at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Columbia for many years.

Survivors include her children Nancy S. Bull, David R. Shealy (Lila); granddaughter Sydney Williamson (Michael); brother Leonard Rish (Nellie); sister-in-law Brenda Rish; along with her loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John David Shealy; grandson Christopher Hamm; and brother Milton Rish

A graveside service for Ms. Shealy will be held 4 p.m., Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 210 Bethlehem Circle, Leesville, SC, 29070. The family will greet friends following the service in the fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church. Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family.
