Mary F Bourque

Mary Florence Bourque went to be with the Lord on August 3rd, 2018. 

She was married to Leroy Clay Anderson (Buddy) and they shared over 30 years together.

Mary was the daughter of Odine Godeaux and Louis Bourque and was born on September 21, 1949 in Louisiana.  

She was a Beautician for over 30 years retiring to help care and raise her grandchildren. Mary was a kindhearted and loving person, who loved giving to others and helping her daughter with military veterans in need.  She took pride in being a mother, grandmother and friend to anyone who needed someone. She was "mom" to anyone who needed one. 
She enjoyed cooking, writing, drawing and spending time with her family and grandchildren. 

Mary is survived by her daughters, Rose Lopez, Teri Nichols and Gloria Zulueta; son, Robert Anderson;  grandchildren, Christina, Cody, Ckenzy, Mikey, Tiara and Juliana; siblings, Billy Bourque, Preston Bourque and Louise Bourque.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Odine Godeaux, and Louise Bourque; son, Charles Anderson; sister Annie Bourque; and the love of her life Leroy Anderson.

We will miss our loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend more than words can express but are relieved that she is no longer in pain and reunited with family in heaven. May she rest in peace until we meet again.

The memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on August 18th at Barr Price Funeral Home, 609 Northwood Road, Lexington, South Carolina 29071.
