Louise Mills Smith

Services Louise Mills Smith, 87, will be conducted 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Friday at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel. Burial will follow at Enon Lutheran Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc., 140 Stoneridge Drive, Suite 210, Columbia SC 29210.

Mrs. Smith passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017.  Born in Lexington County, she was a daughter of the late Simpson and Nezzie Taylor Mills.  She was a member of WELCA, Enon Lutheran Church, where she served on Church Council, and was a seamstress. 

Surviving are a son, Eddie Smith (Janet); daughters, Pamela Trussell, Cindy McElveen (Vernon), Lesia Lewis (John); grandchildren, Corey Clamp, Kayla Lewis, and Emily Lewis; step-grandchild, Veronica Huff; great-grandchildren, Walker Clamp, Caroline Page, and Wesley Huff. She was predeceased by her husband, Roy Smith, brother, Linwood Mills, and sisters, Lorene Swygert and Betty Anderson. The family would like to give a special thanks to the employees and staff of Oak Leaf Village and All Seasons Hospice for their loving care.
