James M. Horne

Leesville-Services for James M. Horne, 68, will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Union Lutheran Church with the Rev. Mark Smith  and the Rev. Joseph Hallman officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel. Memorials may be made to Union Lutheran Church 4077 Highway 378, Leesville, SC 29070.  

  Mr. Horne passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018. Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Johnnie P. and Derksie Lee Horne. Mr. Horne was a member of Union Lutheran Church, where he served in the church choir, Hollywood Ruritan Club and Delmar Community Club and Nutrition Site. He was a retired Truck Driver from Penske Logistics.

  Surviving include his wife, Faye Derrick Horne; and a brother, Johnny Lee (Sandra) Horne; brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
