Memorial services for James Robert Fulmer, 74, of West Columbia, will be held 10:00 am, Sunday, July 9, 2017, at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel. The family will greet friends following the service.
Born October 16, 1942, he was a son of the late James Madison and Annis Marie Laird Fulmer and was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served 2 tours of duty in Vietnam.
Survivors are his son, Jason Fulmer (Carrie); step-son, Dan E. McCaw, Jr. (Diane); sisters, Marie Quick, Techla Wellons (Rick); brothers, Ron Fulmer and Mike Fulmer (Rose); many grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Mr. Fulmer was predeceased by his wife, Joan Fulmer and son, Doug Fulmer.
