Gerry Franklin Jeffords

Memorial services for Gerry Franklin Jeffords, 69, will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday July 26, 2017 at St. James Lutheran Church, 1358 South Lake Drive Lexington, SC  29073.  Visitation will follow the service in the church.  Inurnment will be in Ridge Crest Memorial Park Columbarium.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. James Lutheran Church in Lexington or St Stephens Espicopal Church,  North Myrtle Beach, SC.    Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family.

  Mr. Jeffords passed away Sunday July 16, 2017.  Born in Florence, he was the son of the late Willie E. and Billie Milsaps Jeffords.  He was a long time member of St. James Lutheran Church and a member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church of North Myrtle Beach.  He was a retired Furniture Manufacturer Rep. and co-owner of OceanSide Furnitiure Manufacturing of Little River SC.  Gerry was an avid horse person and enjoyed shagging.

  Survivors include his wife, Sheryl Frye Jeffords, a daughter, Shannon Twitty (Shawn), step-daughters, Jennifer Watkins, Jeneanne Fort, Jessica Jeffcoat, Alicia Johnson (Alex), grandchildren, Grace, Braylee, Tate, Savannah, Joanna, Lenzie, Tori, J.R.  and Carrie, 7 great grandchildren, and a special cousin, Francie Weatherly.
  He was predeceased by a son, Gerry "Jeff" F. Jeffords, Jr.
