Gerald Dean Jones

Batesburg-Services for Gerald Dean Jones, 61, will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Hulon Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Barr-Price Funeral Home, B-L Chapel.  Born  in Batesburg, he was a son of the late Gerald Dalton and Sally Mae Stone Jones.  He was a logger and poultry farmer.  Survivors include his wife, Crystal Farmer Jones; daughter, Karen J. Bagwell; son, Christopher Dean Jones; brother, Doyle Jones; sisters, Darlene Jones and Diane Hinson;  5 grandsons, and many beloved nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a sister, Debra Moates.
