My deepest condolences to the Whiteside family,
May you find some comfort in the Gift that the Most High God has given us, yes His written word the Bible (Psalms 83:18 & 2Timothy 3:16).
I would like to share a few Scriptures that helped us to cope when our precious daughter died and recently my beloved husband of 50 years fell asleep in death: (Isaiah 25:8)swallow up death, (Isaiah 33:24)no more sickness, (John 5:28, 29)seeing loved ones again, (2Corinthians 1:3) yes God can comfort us, to deal with present situations. But, He also says where we can see our loved ones again at Psalms 37:11 and how long Psalms 37:29. I hope that these few Scriptures were of some comfort to you as they were to me.
My sincere sympathy,
Sissy

Dear Whiteside family,
I'm sorry to read of the loss of your dear Elizabeth, and you have my deepest sympathy and condolences in her loss. How comforting it is to know that when death claims one of our loved ones, others feel our pain especially our Heavenly Father. That is why he gives us comfort and encouragement from his word the Holy Bible. At Psalms 34:18 reminds us that "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in sprit" And the beautiful promise for the future at Isaiah 25:8 which says that he (God) will swallow up death forever, the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away tears from all faces. May these Scriptures help you to cope with your sadness and grief during this difficult time.
