Don McLemore Obituary

Swansea-Don L. McLemore, Sr., 71, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the Warriors Walk of the V.A. Dorn Medical Center.

Mr. McLemore was born in Columba, SC and was the son of the late Tally Walter and Clara Davis McLemore. He was a member of Arcadia Lodge for over 35 years and served in the US Navy with an Honorable discharge. He was also a member of the Shriner's Jokers and was a member of the Scottish Rites.

Surviving are his wife, Patricia McLemore; sons, Don Laverne McLemore, Jr. (Cristin), and Richard Deon McLemore; stepchildren, Scott Adam Buff (April) and Jack Eugene Buff, Jr. (Amanda); brother, Tally McLemore, Jr. (Linda); his favorite uncle, Richard I. Davis; grandchildren, Amber and Tyler; step-grandchildren, Jacob and Jackson; great-grandchildren, Autumn and Ellison, and his beloved Foxey Brown. He was predeceased by his brother, Eddie Lynn McLemore.

Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family.
