Darling S Price

Darling S. Price, 80, of West Columbia was called home by our Heavenly Father on Monday, June 24, 2019. She was the wife of the late Alexander “Poochie” Price. They shared 55 years of marriage together. Born in Ward, SC she was the daughter of Russell and Agnes Richbourg. Darling enjoyed working in her yard, playing with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, baking, and caring for her family. She will be remembered for her loving and nurturing personality and always putting others first as well as the beautiful flowers she grew in her yard.
  Darling is survived by her children- Henrietta Scott of West Columbia and Donna Romanstine (David) of Lexington. Grandchildren- Brian Scott (Tina) of West Columbia, Brittany Scott of West Columbia, Chloe Romanstine of Lexington and Emily Romanstine of Lexington. As well as her Great Grandchildren- Alexus Scott of West Columbia, Brooks Scott of West Columbia, Bella Ginyard of Lexington, and Berkley Wooten of Lexington. She is survived by her brother John Richbourg of North, Wayne Richbourg of Gaston and sisters Wanda Shumpert of South Congaree and Susie Smith of Pelion. Predeceased in death by brother Thomas Richbourg and sister Faith Miles.
 The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 6pm-8pm at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 11am at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel with interment to follow at Southland Memorial Gardens.
