Clayton Franklin "Big Skip" Barefoot, Sr., 76, passed away February 21, 2018. Born in Columbia, he was the son of the late George Clayton and Edna Barefoot.

Mr. Barefoot was a self-employed gentleman. He loved his Clemson Tigers football. Mr. Barefoot enjoyed being an outdoorsman where he enjoyed his peace and quiet while fishing. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends that he leaves behind.

He is survived by his son, Clayton Franklin Barefoot, Jr., and daughter, Heather Capps.

The family will have a private service that will be held at a later date.
