Lexington - Bonnie J. Johnson, 86, passed away November 13, 2019. Born March 31, 1933 in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Clarence T. Elmore, Sr. and Beulah Rain. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

She is survived by her sons, Larry D. Johnson and Todd R. Johnson; daughter, Sandra K. Backman (Alvin); grandchildren, Tyler and Faith Backman, Gabrielle, Heath, Chloe, and Leif Johnson.

She was predeceased by her husband, Jennings Leo Johnson; brother, Clarence T. Elmore, Jr.; sisters, Betty Skeens, Linder Adkins, and Helen Roland.
