Austin James Chandler

Austin James Chandler passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017.  He was born on Dec 7, 1990 in Charleston SC. Austin graduated from Airport High School. He was a loving father and was a very gifted artist and carpenter.

Funeral services will be at 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 20th at Congaree Baptist Church, West Columbia with burial to follow in the Church cemetery.

Austin was the son of Charles Ray Chandler, Jr. of Cayce,  SC and Tracy Lapp Chandler of Lexington SC. Austin is survived by his parents and two children, Eli and Shane Chandler, grandparents Ray and Evelyn Chandler of Gaston SC, Dennis & Rita Lapp of Wisconsin and Deirdra and Chuck Geszvain of Wisconsin, brothers, Collin Ray Chandler of Columbia, Brandon Pham of Columbia, and one sister, Breanna Shoemake of Lexington, his special aunts, Michelle Wehunt of Lexington and Melissa Jumpp of Cayce, SC. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Congaree Baptist Church to help with funeral expenses.
