Jake Wesley Stephan, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024. He was born in Lexington, SC to Kevin C. Stephan and the late Kimberly D. Sox Stephan.

He is survived by his father, Kevin Stephan; sisters, Megan Powler and Kayla Sox; brother, Austin Stephan; uncles and aunts, Julian and Bonnie Sox, Jason and Rebecca Sox; aunt, Paulette Lumpkin; grandmother, Anita Stephan.

He was predeceased by mother, Kimberly Stephan; and grandparents, Jake and Karen Sox and Dennis Stephan.

There will be no services. Barr-Price Funeral and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shiners Children’s Hospital.
