Barr-Price Funeral Home, Historic B-L Chapel is assisting the family. Mrs. Ridgeway, widow of Henry B. Ridgeway, Jr. passed away Tuesday April 18, 2017. Born in Bell Block, New Zealand , she was a daughter of the late Robert and Kathleen Hamblyn Jeffrey. Survivors include a daughter, Candice R. Penny (Gayland), son, Henry B. Ridgeway, III, grandchildren, Christian M. Penny (Billie Risinger), Matthew J. Penny (Leslie Paola) and Joshua P. Ridgeway (Melissa), great-grandchildren, Bryce A. and Garvin M. Penny.
