Funeral Services for Marian Thompson, 75, will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with burial to follow at Lexington Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 17 from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Thompson passed away April 12, 2018. Born in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of the late Morris 'Mickey' and Regina 'Jean' Wood. She was a wonderful mother and Nana and loved her children and grandchildren deeply. Mrs. Thompson loved her job in customer service at Climatic Corps. She cherished her Saturday lunches with family, friends, and co-workers. She was a devout Marshall Thundering Herd and South Carolina Gamecocks fan.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Harry Lee Thompson, sons, William Jeffery Thompson (Lynn) and John Patrick Craig (Jennifer), daughters, Shelley Lindler (Heyward), Terry Whitmarsh (Todd), and Rebecca Busbee (Andy), sister, Beverly Pitsenberger, grandchildren, Zachary, Jordan, and William Lindler, Andrew, Davis, and Joshua Busbee, JW and Joey Craig, Patrick Rinck, Ty Medlock, and Whitney Bartlow, and 5 great-grandchildren.
