Joyce Gary Krenz

Our beloved Joyce Gary Krenz, 76, passed away in Columbia on Wednesday, June 21, 2017, with her family by her side. Her services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with burial to follow in Celestial Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Friday from 6 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Joyce was an accomplished hair dresser for 57 years, a beloved mother and an adored grandmother and great-grandmother. She left behind a living legacy of strength, kindness, and enduring love.

She is survived by her children, Randy Krenz, Sarah Snell (Ken), Paula Como (Dominic), Paul Krenz (Gina), and Benjamin Krenz (Cindy), brothers, Jack, Darnell (Linda)  and Chuck (Marie) Gary, aunt, Shelby Doyle, cousin, James Doyle, grandchildren, Joshua Brakefield, Joni Lumsden (Justin), Skye Como-Miller (Justin), David Snell, Olivia Como, Shelby Spencer (Alex), Jillian Krenz, Erica Krenz, Rachel Como, Dani Como, and Angel Krenz, great-grandchildren, William Brakefield, JoAnna Goldman, Bruce Thomas, and Leiran Miller.

Joyce was predeceased by father, Jack W. Gary, mother, Dorothy Lamb Gary, and brother, Richard E. Gary.
