James L. Roscoe (Don) was born on January 13, 1954 and passed away on October 16, 2017.

Surviving are his wife, daughter, 2 grandchildren, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.

At the request of Don, there will be no services. The family wishes to thank Heart Strings Hospice for the exceptional care.   Memorials may be made to Heart Strings Hospice or a Charity of your choice.
