Harriet T Shaw

Memorial service for Harriet Teachey Shaw, 91, will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2018 at Still Hopes Chapel with Pastor Westbrook officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Epworth Children’s Home.

 Mrs. Harriet T. Shaw, widow of John Duncan Shaw, died Monday, April 9, 2018. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of Mary Frances Teachey and Albert Davis Teachey. She was a member of Saluda River Baptist Church where she served as Treasurer of her Sunday School Class and kept the nursery for many years. She was a homemaker, beloved mother and grandmother.

  Surviving are her daughters, Deborah Shaw Gordon and Sharon Shaw Amick; grandchildren, David Michael Amick and John Austin Amick.

  She was predeceased by her brother, A. D. Teachey.
