I am sorry to hear of your loss. May you find comfort in the resurrection promise at John 5;28,29 that reads; "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." The Bible gives us hope that one day our dead loved ones will be brought back to life.

Please accept my condolences during this time of distress. While it is indeed sad that you are mourning the loss of your dear Dr. Pike, it saddens God more. In the days ahead, you will reflect on his seemingly small, yet precious memories. This is only natural when we experience the loss of someone loved. However, take confidence in knowing that just as you have memories, almighty God remembers too. The difference is, God can and will restore perfect life to those in His memory as expressed in the faith strengthening video **

My condolences to the family for the passing of your loved one James. May the fond memories you shared together bring you comfort during the days ahead. Almighty God promises to soon undo death forever by means of an earthly resurrection (John 5:28,29; Rev. 21:4). For more encouraging thoughts visit the website www.jw.org.
