Catherine Lorick Howard

Lexington – Catherine L. Howard, 78, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018. Born in Lexington, SC on September 8, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Harold Carlyle and Annie Mae Bickley Lorick.

She was a loving wife of 58 1/2 years to Paul Clarence Howard, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Survivors include her children Robert Dwane Howard (Deborah Mayse), Joseph Glenn Howard; grandchildren Jessica Cureton (Allen), Chelsea Howard; great grandchildren Liam Bradley Cureton, Lennon Brice Cureton; brother, Harold Lorick, Jr. (Victoria), brother-in-law; Louis Lybrand (husband of the late Carleen Lybrand (sister)  ; along with nieces; nephews; and numerous special friends.   In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by sisters, Mary Seay (Daniel) and Gladys Howard (Bill).

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2018 at Pisgah Lutheran Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be 1:30p.m.-3:00p.m. prior to the service at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pisgah Lutheran Church or Tri-County Hospice or Breathing-For-Burrito.org.
