Barbara B Skaggs

Barbara B. Skaggs, 74, passed away Friday, March 16, 2018. Born December 03, 1943 in Columbia, SC, she was a daughter of Marie C. Tobias and the late George W. Ballentine.

Survivors include her sons Douglas Skaggs, Larry Skaggs, Jr.; daughter Connie Covin; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; brothers Albert Tobias, and Robert Tobias. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Larry Skaggs, Sr.; and brother Lewis Ballentine.

A funeral service for Mrs. Skaggs will be held 2 pm, Monday, March 19, 2018, at Barr-Price Funeral Home, and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel. Burial will follow at Lexington Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 18, 2018 from 4 until 6 pm at the funeral home.
